Wyoming to Washington

It's been nearly 7 months since my last post, but let me tell you I haven't just been twiddling my thumbs over here! A big life change happened for me when I moved to Washington-state in mid-February where I accepted a position as an endangered species biologist. It's a great job that I'm loving, but needless to say my schedule these last few months has been packed to the gills! I'm finally starting to feel like I'm getting settled in, so I felt like it was a good time to sit down to write to you all again :)

As you can imagine, my photo opportunities will be a little more varied here, you know, with the ocean and all. But don't worry, I still live in sagebrush country with elk, bighorn sheep, moose, and all those other great species you expect to see in my photos. But I'm definitely excited to learn about all the new species I've never seen or had the chance to photograph before, plus the ocean sunsets are pretty spectacular! I'll keep this post short, so here's a preview of some of those photo opportunities I've been mentioning:

Keep exploring,

     Brian
